Shana Ring is President of Destination Leadership and Founder of the EXPEDITION Coaching Program. She offers different levels of certified coach training, coaching skills development, and leadership development consulting services. Shana is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and her coaching programs are approved by the ICF as follows: • ICF Fast-Track: Certified Coach Training: 65 Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) • EXPEDITION Coaching Certified Facilitator Training: 32 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) Hours • EXPEDITION Coaching Leadership Skills Training: 14 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) Hours She has a passion for supporting the growth and development of coaching in the world, working with leaders on enhancing their leadership effectiveness, and facilitating the development of a coaching mindset with people at all levels in the workplace. Shana has a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership & Training from Royal Roads University, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Regina. She is certified in numerous tools including EQi 2.0, EQ-360, MBTI Step I & II, Prosci Change Methodology, Human Synergistics OCI Methodology, among others. WIth over 25 years of experience, Shana is celebrating her 13th year as a successful entrepreneur and business owner. She leverages her corporate experience at SaskPower - an electric utility - where she spent over 13 years working as a Human Resources professional, with amazing leaders in the area of leadership development, succession planning and culture change, and brings her lessons learned alive in her programs. In May, Shana received an ICF Prism Award as a Nominating Coach for supporting Creative Options Regina (COR) who received the 2019 ICF Prism Award for Developing Coaching Excellence. Destination Leadership was recently awarded a $100,000 grant through the Government of Canada's Women Entrepreneurship Fund, and will focus on developing eLearning Leadership Coaching Programming, new coaching video clips, and continue to develop partnerships in foreign markets.
