Be part of our Community Support Program

We have offered the Community Support Program (CSP) pro bono coaching services to leaders in non-profit organizations in Manitoba and Saskatchewan since 2015. These organizations work with International Coaching Federation (ICF) Prairie to prepare and match their leaders with volunteer coaches who are credentialed with the ICF and provide coaching in alignment with the ICF core competencies and ethics.

Participating leaders and their teams experience coaching for six sessions over four months.

The coaching phase of our program launched at the end of January, with 20 coaches from our ICF Prairie Chapter offering their time this year– we’re grateful for their generosity!

Coaches are working with leaders from these six organizations:

  • Big Brothers Big Sisters, Regina and Area  (3 participants)
  • Career Trek, Winnipeg (7)
  • Knowles Foundation, Winnipeg (4)
  • Saskatchewan Cancer Foundation (1)
  • Saskatchewan Roughrider Foundation (1)
  • South Saskatchewan Community Foundation (3)
