Kristine Betker is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), who has raised money and led teams for the small shop and large. She has raised funds in the health, heritage, social services, post-secondary and arts sectors, and in a career that spans over 30 years, has raised over $35 million dollars for the charities with which she works. Kristine is also a graduate of Royal Roads University’s Graduate Certificate Program for Executive Coaching. She coaches the aspiring leader (those who may not yet know they are leaders), emerging leaders (those who are on a track to executive management) and experienced leaders. As an Executive Coach, Kristine partners with professionals from all walks of life to define their why, confirm their executive presence and step into their confidence as leaders. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, Kristine works within an ethical structure and her memberships in the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the International Coaching Federation require her to adhere to Codes of Ethics, ensuring ethical behavior, an adherence to best practices and a commitment to continuous learning.

I work with professionals at all points in their career, including those considering a life beyond the office and those considering a transition. I work with the newly promoted, the firmly established, and those on track to executive management. Given my long career in the charitable sector, I am very familiar with life and work in the non-profit space.
