She currently holds a senior leadership role in a K-12 School District, where she leads with a philosophy of relationship-building, inclusivity, and empathy. Simone’s educational background is extensive, with a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, a Master of Education Administration from St. Francis Xavier University, and an Executive Leadership Program Certificate from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. She also holds a Human Resource Management Diploma from McMaster University.
