Biography
I am a Professional Certified Coach ( PCC), with a master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), and a Graduate Certificate in Health and Ageing from the University of Manitoba's Community Health Sciences Program. I have acquired certification as a Psychological Health and Safety Workplace Advisor with the Canadian Mental Health Association, as well as a Certified Meyers-Briggs Personality Type Practitioner (MBTI), with Psychometrics Canada.
My career allowed me to work internationally in the area of organizational development as an executive and leadership coach. I am honoured to have worked with several organizations located on 3 continents and the Caribbean.
As the founder of my company Ultimate Potentials, I help leaders use the principles of inclusive and conscious leadership-transformational leadership, to create and sustain diverse, psycho-socially safe, and healthy workplaces.
With over 7 years working in the field of leadership and organizational development, I am experienced in working alongside organizational and community leaders to create and build sustainable desired internal changes. Whether their goal is to embrace a new or more socially aligned way of conducting their organization's business via a culture shift or how to best attract, onboard and retain the best talent; I use the core principles of transformational leadership (inclusive and conscious) to help achieve their goals.
I have authored a few books and manuals on health, as well, I have written training programs on leadership, coaching skills for leaders as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Areas of Practice
My focus is on working with organizations to use the principles of transformational leadership to build high performing workplaces that are diverse, equitable and inclusive. I focus on supporting leaders desiring to embed transformational leadership principles within the fabric of their organizations for the purpose of creating workplaces where each employee feels safe and able to show up as their whole self. I focus on training and coaching leaders who desire to know how to use the wealth of having a diverse workplace create exceptional results for their organization.
