Biography
Helping leaders accomplish their biggest goals is what drives my own performance. My work as a coach has been shaped by my own experiences as an internal leader, combined with the discipline, teamwork, and commitment I developed through years of volunteering with a professional sports organization. These experiences inspired me to build a coaching practice dedicated to helping leaders, teams, and organizations perform at their best. I am an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, and team coaching. I partner with leaders to strengthen their impact, navigate complexity, build high-performing teams, and achieve meaningful business outcomes. I am a contributor to the Forbes Coaches Council and facilitate the Performance Coaching Program at Queen’s University IRC, where I help develop the next generation of coaches and leaders. Throughout my career, I have coached executives and business leaders across diverse sectors, including energy, professional services, government, aviation, education, tourism, finance, architecture, agriculture, and nonprofit organizations.
