I am a Certified Executive Coach through Royal Roads University and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. I also achieved my Baccalaureate in Nursing (B.N.) through the University of Manitoba and my Master of Healthcare Administration (MSA) through Central Michigan University. I have over 40 years’ experience as a Health Care leader and provider. During my last 12 years, I proudly served as a Hospital Chief Operating Officer and led through tumultuous times such as major health care system restructuring and the global pandemic. Leadership is not for the faint of heart ,which is why I believe so strongly in the power of non-directive leadership coaching to positively impact individual, team and organizational effectiveness.
