Leaders that are engaged in epic projects hire Scott to help them amplify the magnitude of their leadership, because most don't get the unconscious respect they deserve, and they can't get away on a vacation because they don't have a high functioning team. So he helps them to expand their team and their organization, by expanding themselves and how they work. With decades of experience as a leadership development specialist, he helps executives and organizational leaders to increase productivity, effective management, and improve corporate culture. He works extensively with corporate clients, as well as those in the public and non-profit sectors. He delivers workshops and training courses backed up with research and industry best practices. He specializes in high-end one-on-one executive coaching and training. His 2015 doctoral dissertation was on leadership and the psychology of executive coaching. His most recent ventures include co-hosting the Leader.FM Podcast and serving as the Lead Program Developer of the Nautilus Leadership Development System. Scott also works with minor sports teams to improve their mental game. In particular, he developed the elite-mental-game-system for volleyball teams. Four of the teams he worked with went all the way to win gold at provincials. Scott holds his PhD in Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University and his M.A. in Organizational Leadership & Management. On the side, Captain Scott moonlights as a firefighter and first responder in his community. He trains and consults with other fire departments to help them meet the provincial standards. Most importantly, Scott loves spending quality time with his lovely wife and two grown children.
